Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road, subject to gas pipeline rights in Pipeline Easement Certificates 753538, 753539, Variation B024654.1, Transfer and Grant of Easement 967666.1 and Encumbrance 5291918.2, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
