Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Matamata-Piako District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Matamata-Piako District Council on 12 May 2010:
"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, Matamata-Piako District Council declares that the Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as Hinuera Recreation Reserve."
