Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 9 March 2010 under minute number PA/MAR/171/10:
"That Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, 160R Pigeon Mountain Road Lot 183 DP 98841 to be declared as Recreation Reserve."
