Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this
notice is hereby acquired for development and operation of
a boat ramp and associated marine purposes, subject to Land Covenants 6779408.1, 7544900.1 and 8280941.3, and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
