Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Ngatiwai Trust Board to control and manage the nature reserve described in the Schedule, being parts
of the Hen and Chicken Islands Nature Reserve, for the purposes of the Reserves Act 1977 and subject to the terms and conditions set down in a memorandum of agreement dated the 25th day of May 2010.
