(b) the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto are classified local purpose (esplanade) reserve;
(c) the reserves described in the Third Schedule hereto are classified local purpose (amenity) reserve;
(d) the reserve described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is classified local purpose (plantation) reserve;
(e) the reserve described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is classified local purpose (natural heritage park) reserve
subject to the provisions of the said Act.
