Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the
Hutt City Council authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve land described in the First Schedule to this notice for
the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule shall vest in Kilkelly Developments Limited as to a one-half share,
John Walsh as to a one-quarter share and Mary Josephine Walsh as to a one-quarter share and shall be amalgamated with the balance of the land in Computer Freehold Register WN57C/543); and
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule shall vest in the Hutt City Council as recreation reserve and shall
be amalgamated with the balance of the land in Computer Freehold Register WN45D/237)
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
