Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the road described in the Schedule to this notice is stopped and, pursuant to sections 20 and 50, is acquired for university purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
