Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Wellington Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Hastings District Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule and vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Hastings District Council in trust as a recreation reserve.
