Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding minerals reserved
by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 and section 59 of the Land Act 1948.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register SA720/112 subject to Mortgage B535112.2.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register SA857/219 subject to Mortgage B535112.2.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register SA1051/210 subject to Mortgage B535112.2.
(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register SA1702/19 subject to Mortgage 5251101.3.
(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register SA231/220.
(h) Declares the land described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1051/210 subject to Mortgage B535112.2.
