Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of February 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
2 March 1995, No. 20, page 653, by deleting from the
recital the words
"The Bay of Plenty Regional Council"
and replacing them with
"the Crown".
