Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 17 and 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stormwater management purposes and vested in the Waitakere City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), the land described in the Third Schedule to
this notice be amalgamated with the residue of the land
in Computer Freehold Register NA1614/50, subject to Mortgage C931870.3.
(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the use and convenience of a road and to remain vested in the Waitakere City Council.
