Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of
by the Rodney District Council in such manner, at a price, and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the council’s general account.
