Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land that was set apart for the purpose
of a reservation by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 October 1991, No. 153, page 3235, and described in the Schedule hereto, is redefined to be for the use of the land as a marae and an urupa for the benefit of the descendants of Te Whanau a Te Aopare.
