Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (drainage purposes) reserve, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, subject to Part IVA
of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the
Crown Minerals Act 1991, excepting, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the minerals remaining in Computer Freehold Register NA10B/80 and certificate of title 1399/76 (cancelled), and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
