Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977,
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, and a Council resolution dated the 24th day of February 2010, the Palmerston North City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a recreation reserve.
This land will be administered by the council for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.

An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 3.5106 hectares, being Lot 1 DP 78518 (Computer Freehold Register WN45A/569), and being part of the land generally known as the Railway Land.
