Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted
by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 8 September 2004 under minute number CD/SEP/1588/04:
"That pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves
Act 1977 the land described below and known
as Papatoetoe Recreation Ground and Kingswood
Park, Papatoetoe ward, be declared to be Recreation Reserve.
