Under the Reserves Act 1977, and acting pursuant to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation,
the Conservator for the Whanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, that will form part of the Joe Gibbs Scenic Reserve.
