Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be vested in Owen Ward Jones and Sally-Ann Jones and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB39C/750, subject to Gazette Notice 225595.1 and Mortgage 8284702.2, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
