Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 24 April 2008 classifying the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to
the Reserves Act 1977.
