Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 24 April 2008 declaring the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and subject as to the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto to a fencing agreement in conveyance 349398 (R459/468) and to drainage rights (in gross) in favour of the Manukau City Council created by transfer 415823.
