Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice are to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 52(4), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby stopped and set apart for a segregation strip and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council.
