Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 11 November 1998 under minute number 2094/98:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be recreation reserves subject to
the Reserves Act 1977.
Schedule
667 square metres more or less being Part Lot 6 DP 20548 contained in Certificate of Title 787/68.
2049 square metres more or less being Allotment 262 Manurewa Parish contained in Certificate of Title 1575/86."
