In the notice with the above heading published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 16 May 1996, No. 48, page 1310, please amend with the following:
"Pursuant to section 338(5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby redefined for the common use and benefit of all descendants of the Ruke family, the Erueti family, the Te Wiki family, the Tarei family and the Waara family.
