Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of December 2009 acquiring land for a pump station vesting in Watercare Services Limited and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 2010, No. 1, page 76, by the addition of the words
"together with appurtenant right of way and rights to convey electricity, telecommunications and water hereto over areas marked "B", "F" and "G" on DP 105157 created by Easement Certificate 5701750.1"
after the words
"declaring that part State Highway 16 to be limited access road"
on the ninth line of the aforesaid notice.
