Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the name of the Maori reservation that was set aside by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 May 1964, No. 31, page 876, and described in the Schedule hereto is hereby amended to state
"for the purpose of a marae site, meeting place and burial ground for the common use and benefit of the owners and members of the Ngati te Apunga tribe.
