Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the
Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for local purpose (utility) purposes and further declares that the reserve is subject to an easement to convey water between Her Majesty The Queen and the Queenstown Lakes District Council, dated 1 January 2009, for a term of 30 years.
