Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 6 August 2010 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being approximately $54,000.00 held with Harris Harvey Nash, Solicitors, Ohakune, be vested in the
Royal New Zealand Returned and Services’ Association Incorporated - 215442.
This direction shall become final on 2 October 2010.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
