Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on the 12th day of May 2005 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being moneys held to its credit with Westpac Banking Corporation, be vested in the
Tauranga Regional Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated
an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
This direction shall become final on 26 July 2010.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
