Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 12 May 2005 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being moneys held to its credit with
Norris Ward McKinnon, solicitors of Hamilton; and
Westpac Banking Corporation
be vested after the deduction of reasonable costs and expenses equally in
Alzheimers New Zealand Incorporated, 2 Mahoe Street, Melville, Hamilton;
Barnardos - Hamilton, 52 Lake Road, Hamilton;
Hospice Waikato, 334 Cobham Drive, Hillcrest, Hamilton;
New Zealand Red Cross, 422 Te Rapa Road, Hamilton; and
Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Hamilton Branch Incorporated, 12 Richmond Street, Hamilton.
This direction shall become final on 5 July 2010.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
