Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies Act 1990 and clause 11(a) of the Commodity Levies (Eggs) Order
2010, and on the recommendation of the 2010 Annual General Meeting of the Egg Producers Federation of
New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of 36 cents per chick on the basis of the sale of chicks to producers by hatcheries during the year 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2011.
This notice will take effect on 20 December 2010.
