Pursuant to section 31 of the Burial and Cremations Act 1964, Waikanae Christian Holiday Park Incorporated declares that, following approval from the Minister of Health, a denominational burial ground to be known as Waikanae Christian Holiday Park Burial Ground is to be dedicated and opened on part of its land identified by covenant over the area marked "A" on DP 433726 (Computer Freehold Register WN39D/372), located at Kauri Road, Waikanae.
