Pursuant to section 31(1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, with the delegated approval of the Minister of Health, I, Susan Cosgrove, Sister of Compassion, give notice that the said person, acting on behalf of and with the delegated authority of the Mother Aubert Home of Compassion
Trust Board and the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Palmerston North, hereby declares that a section of Ikaroa 1, upon which stands the Jerusalem Church, is dedicated as a denominational burial ground with the said person as its manager.
