Pursuant to section 13 of the Pork Industry Board Act 1997, I give notice that the result of the election of one producer representative for Region 3 was as follows:
Ian Carter 164 votes
Paul Davey 116 votes
Sue Morton 39 votes
Therefore Ian Carter has been duly elected producer representative for Region 3 on the New Zealand Pork Industry Board.
This position is with effect from 1 August 2010.
