Pursuant to section 11 of the Commodity Levies
(Satsuma Mandarins) Order 2008, Satsuma mandarin
growers and collection agents are advised that the levy
rate for the year starting 1 April 2010 was set at the
annual general meeting held on 25 August 2009.
From 1 April 2010, the levy rate for Satsuma mandarins (except those sold for processing) will remain set at half
a cent per kilogram.
