Pursuant to section 3(1) of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
O r d e r
1. Title and commencement-(1) This order is The Southern Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporation Order 2010.
(2) This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Incorporation of Association-All persons who immediately before the commencement of this order, are members of the Southern Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association or who, on or after the commencement of this order, become members of the Association in accordance with its rules and with the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, are incorporated into a body corporate having the name "The Southern Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporated".
