Pursuant to section 17(1) of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
O r d e r
1. Title and commencement-(1) This order is The Timaru Agricultural and Pastoral Association Dissolution Order 2010.
(2) This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Dissolution of Association-The Timaru Agricultural and Pastoral Association is dissolved as from the date of commencement of this order.
