Pursuant to section 36 of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
the Minister of Energy and Resources has removed
Alastair Patrick, of Wellington, appointed on 21 June 2005
Joel Cayford, of Auckland, appointed on 6 August
2008
as members from the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Board as established under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000.
Both removals take effect on 6 December 2010.
