Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, the Minister of Energy and Resources has
appointed the following members to the Energy
Efficiency and Conservation Authority Board as
established under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000:
Andrew John Pearce, of Christchurch
reappointed as a member; and appointed as deputy chair (pursuant to clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004) for two years; and
Terrence Adrian Currie, of Rotorua, appointed for three years;
Mervyn Gerard English, of Wellington, appointed for three years;
Marion Cowden, of Wellington, appointed for three years; and
Mark Oldfield, of Timaru, appointed for two years.
All appointments take effect on 7 December 2010.
