The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Board of Trustees of Raphael House Rudolf Steiner Area School (as published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 4 June 2009, No. 79, page 1857) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on 10 December 2010.
