Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 May 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Glenda Oborn
in respect of Kindercare Learning Centres 204 (70365), situated at 2 Gracefield Avenue, Christchurch Central, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
