The Right Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, GNZM, QSO, Governor-General of New Zealand, has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable Justice Robert Grant Hammond, Judge of the Court of Appeal of Auckland
as a member and the President of the Law Commission for
a term commencing on 1 December 2010 and finishing on 14 May 2014; and is further pleased to appoint
Professor Geoffrey Philip McLay, Professor of Law of Wellington
as a member of the Law Commission for a term of five years commencing on and from 1 December 2010.
