Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, The Right Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, GNZM, QSO, Governor-General of New Zealand hereby appoints
Anne Claire Leijnen, of Auckland
to be an Environment Commissioner of the Environment Court for a period of five years commencing on 11 January 2011; and
Carron Margaret Blom, of North Shore
to be a Deputy Environment Commissioner of the Environment Court for a period of five years commencing on and from 18 November 2010.
