Pursuant to sections 103 and 105 of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, the Minister of Commerce has appointed to the Disciplinary Committee
David William Mayhew, of Wellington
the Commissioner for Financial Advisers, as a member and chairperson; and
Tracey Marie Berry, of Wellington
Simon Joseph Hassan, of Auckland
Peter Houghton, of Arrowtown
Hon Sir James Bruce Robertson, of Wellington
as members.
The appointments are for a period of 18 months commencing on 1 December 2010 and expiring on 1 June 2012.
