Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has appointed
Dr Jill Elizabeth Walker, of Canberra, Australia
as an associate member of the Commerce Commission in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
The appointment is for a term of three years commencing on 1 December 2010 and expiring on 30 November 2013.
