Pursuant to section 105A of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby revoke the notice headed Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of Buller High School (301) dated 30 June 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
3 July 2008, No. 110, page 2862.
This notice takes effect the day that elected trustees take office, in accordance with section 102 of the Education Act 1989, following the trustee triennial elections to be held in 2010.
