I, Philip Alan Powell Chitty, Group Manager Airports, acting pursuant to section 9(2) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, hereby vary the designation of Whenuapai Airport previously known as
"All that area of the Royal New Zealand Air Force
base at Auckland in the North Auckland Land District comprising 295 hectares, more or less, being parts of Blocks Vl and X Waitemata Survey District, known
as Whenuapai Airfield, and being under control of the
New Zealand Defence Force"
to
"The airport operated by the Royal New Zealand Air Force at Whenuapai";
and impose a new condition and restriction on the airport operated by the Royal New Zealand Air Force at Whenuapai:
"That the arrival and departure of aircraft at this airport shall be limited to aircraft operated by the New Zealand Defence Forces, Visiting Forces, and their supporting aircraft".
