Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 October 2009, which
was granted under those Regulations to Jenny Ferguson
in respect of Crayons Homebased Educational Service - Otago (45211), situated at 53A Hill Road, Manurewa, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
