The statement of Government policy entitled "Government Policy Statement on Electricity Governance", transmitted
on 8 May 2008 to the Electricity Commission pursuant
to section 172ZK of the Electricity Act 1992, by the Minister of Energy and transmitted on 19 May 2008 to
the Commerce Commission pursuant to section 26 of the Commerce Act 1986, by the Minister of Commerce and published as a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette,
4 June 2008, No. 92, page 2467, is hereby revoked with effect from 1 November 2010.
