The statement of Government policy entitled "Statement
to the Commerce Commission of Economic Policy of
the Government: Incentives of Regulated Businesses to Invest in Infrastructure" transmitted on 7 August 2006 to
the Commerce Commission pursuant to section 26 of the Commerce Act 1986, by the Minister of Commerce and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 August 2006, No. 95, page 2814, is hereby revoked.
